Manager / Managing Director (m/f)

Approx. 12 million turnover, 34 employees, 24/7 production
Injection moulding of thin-walled food packaging, neutral or with IML (In Mould Labelling)
Development of new products from design to industrialization
15 injection moulding machines from 150 to 420 tonnes with gripping robots and IML
BRCGS certification since 2006, renewed every year

MISSION:
As a strategic partner in the governance of the subsidiary, you are the guarantor of the site’s economic performance vis-à-vis the shareholders.

You will ensure the continuity of the management and make the transition to the current CEO.

You are responsible for the General Management in all its financial, human, commercial and technical dimensions.

You will manage the site as a real profit centre, draw up and monitor the annual business plan, and provide a monthly report on operations.

Highly involved at the operational level, you will ensure a presence on the ground.

You will manage, lead and coordinate all teams and ensure that the skills of your staff are enhanced.

You ensure the optimisation of the industrial tool and monitor its performance.

PROFIL:
Ideally, you have an engineering background and solid experience in production management, if possible in the plastics industry, and you are aware of the environmental challenges of an SME.

Your career path has enabled you to develop in multidisciplinary functions in an industrial environment where you have developed good general management skills and team management. You are familiar with reporting.

You have also demonstrated your ability to develop markets.

Fluent English and/or German essential.
